Stress Less

Relieve The Stress

If you ever feel down
Feel like your life’s a mess
Wear a constant frown
Head just full of stress

Remember you’re just human
We all have days like this
Life must probably have a plan
We just don’t know what it is!

When life’s feeling in free-fall
Not knowing which way to go
Feeling about 3 inches tall
Breathe deeply, nice and slow

For worry will not fix the trouble
But make you ill at ease
A single worry will of course double
And make your stress increase

So try and take some time out
Have five minutes to your self
Inhale, exhale, breathe it out
Too much stress is bad for health
